We were blessed with more clear skies for our final full day of School Journey. Up bright and early, the group managed to pack climbing, archery and ‘Thunder Crate’ into a very busy morning of fun and excitement. Many managed to clamber far higher than they ever imagined they could go, there were a great deal of perfect scores with the bow and arrow and there was some great team work on show as children stood on top of over 10 crates without falling down.
Later in the afternoon, the circus came to town, as children practised juggling and diablo skills. John was spotted spinning a plate on his nose (spot the picture below!) and there were many other impressive talents that the children displayed to the rest of the group.
Tonight, the forest beckons, with the children braving the dark for a night walk. Let’s hope there is nothing creepy out there to get them!
