Today was Brecknock Debate Day. Our motion was ‘This house believes that all empty buildings shold be used to house the homeless.’ It was a lively debate with good arguments presented by both sides. In the end the vote was tight but the proposition took the decision. The motion was carried with the audience deciding that they felt empty properties should be used to help homeless people. Well done to everyone who took part and the audience for listening so attentively.
