This week Sicily class ventured out into the local area on an autumn walk. We collected leaves and explored the sights, sounds and environment around us. When returning to the classroom, we used this experience to help us write an effective setting description in literacy. The children had some wonderful ideas and wrote some fantastic descriptive sentences.
