Caterpillar class is a beautiful, spacious environment that is laid out to support all key areas of learning which aids the children’s developing skills. Each child forms strong bonds with their key person, so they feel safe and secure.
The practitioners follow children’s interests and plan exciting activities around these interests that support the learning and development of each individual child. We build on their natural curiosity and ensure that the children get plenty of opportunities to develop their understanding, attitudes and skills.
Children enjoy outings for example; seasonal walks, visits to the garden centre and to the local shops.
We welcome parental involvement and encourage parents to stay and play whenever they are able to. There are also regular meetings between parents and practitioners to discuss the children and their progress.
