Part of Brecknock’s School Council went to the Town Hall  and sat in the council chambers for the annual Camden Debates. There were 6 schools there in total, all presenting on a wide variety of topics.

Our topic was ” Brecknock believes that road safety should take more notice of pedestrians” Please have a look at our presentation in the link below.

The children then met  Councillors from other schools and found out what they were working on in their schools. The four children making the main presentation spoke confidently and well and the others supported by making comments on the work of other schools.

It was a fun (and educational) morning.
