In Skye class this week we have been looking at our mind, feelings and emotions to support being the ‘Best We Can Be!’. We have discussed how we show when we are happy or sad and how to overcome certain emotions.
Before Christmas we read a book called Beegu and this poor alien had a roller coaster of emotions throughout the book, he was lonely, excited, glum and joyful. We decided to interpret Beegu’s emotions through yoga.
