This Friday we are raising money so that Brecknock can build a playground orchestra on the roof! We are holding a sing-a-thon in the middle hall and aiming to have non-stop performers so the music doesn’t stop for 7 and a half hours! We are asking that you and you children support this exciting project with a contribution of just £1. All performers will be rewarded with a photographic memento.

Today in assembly we had a practice – Carol, one of our year 3 teachers, had a go on stage amazing us all with her incredible voice and then Ava, in year 4 (who can’t be here on Friday) was brave enough to get up and sing a song too. The whole hall joined in to show their support.

If Friday is half as good as assembly it will be a huge success. Below is Ava’s performance.
