Lots of exciting things have been going on in Year 1 this term.
In Literacy we have had a rabbit to catch! The rabbit stole the bears hat and so we created wanted posters, using adjectives, to help the bear find the rabbit. As well as writing wanted posters we have been designing new hats for the bear, check out Saamia’s lovely hat. More hat pictures to follow!

In IPC we have been learning more about ‘Who Am I’ and we looked at the different countries that we come from. Linking with literacy and our Christmas show we have also been looking at emotions and what they are.
Maths has been very interesting as we have learnt all about whole and parts of objects and how you can have whole groups.
