Our new topic is ‘Plants and Flowers’.  The Nursery garden is in full bloom with beautiful tulips, apple blossom and strawberry flowers.  Outside we have been planting lots of flower and vegetable seeds.   We have also been busy working in our florist and our ‘Magic Bean’ shop.

Arturo found an apple seed in his apple and decided to plant it.  We then decided to cut up a variety of vegetables to see what we could find inside.  In some vegetables we found seeds which we planted, in other vegetables such as onions and potatoes there were no seeds.  We realised that the vegetables with no seeds are a bit different and grow underground, we also noticed that the onion looked a bit like the bulbs we planted earlier in the year.
