Brecknock was looking forward to an exciting and normal Book Week BUT…

A giant ice hand appeared from out of nowhere on Monday!  Police and forensic scientists were brought in, and even journalists came to ask children about this unprecedented event!

Smoke and bubbles seemed to come out from around this same area – wild theories were being thrown about.  Was there a giant ice zombie awakening from underground?  Was this something to do with the Ice Palace, the Iron Man, or even to do with the Giant Eggs from a few years ago?

As if things couldn’t get any worse, or even more exciting, yesterday ANOTHER hand appeared in a fist shape!  This time children were able to ouch the hand and confirmed it was definitely made of ice, and that it was solid the whole way through!

Wednesday: Today, the hands are beginning to melt because of the rain, but these beautiful icy crystal hands are now changing into a more evil and hideous shape with thin, spindly fingers…!
