Reception children  have been reading ‘The Leopards Drum’, an African story. A big thank you to Suraya’s  Grandma Lucy for coming in and play the special instrument the Kora.

The Kora is 21 string lute harp used by extensively in West Africa and some children were lucky enough to have a turn too!

They had a wonderful experience
