A big thank you to all the families who came along to our first Friday gardening session.  We harvested beetroot, sweet potatoes and leeks then planted broad beans and peas.  The garlic we planted last month is already starting to grow.  Please pop along to check on the plants when you visit the park and feel free to help yourself to salad rocket which is growing profusely in bed 2.

Next month we will meet on Friday 7th December to plant bulbs in the school playground.  We’ll be there from 3.35pm – 4.35pm as it will be getting dark early.
