To celebrate ‘Remembrance Day’, we watched this video: http://www.childrenandyouth.co.uk/children/remembrance-animation-kids/​. After that, Anna performed ‘Everyone Sang’ by Siegfried Sassoon. Using these as a stimulus the children created the paintings below, which incorporated a stenciled poppy.
