Nursery heard a rumour that the Easter Bunny was hopping around Clocktower park with mounds of Easter eggs.  So on the last day of term we ventured over to the park for a Spring Walk and to check out the rumour of the Easter bunny.  First we walked around the park looking and listening for signs of Spring.  We spotted blossom on the trees, birds tweeting, scurrying squirrels, buds emerging on the trees, daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and lots of new green leaves.

After a big running race and an hour in the playground we settled down for a picnic.  During the picnic we laid out some carrots in the trees to try to entice the Easter Bunny.  Some of us think we spotted him!  Just after finishing lunch Henny got a text message from the Easter Bunny saying that he had just visited the playground leaving a surprise for all of us!  We rushed over to the park to find lots of eggs and chicks, it was very eggggciting!
