We welcome back children and families and wish them a very happy new year.

Our topic for the next half term is jungle animals. We were very excited to find part of our nursery transformed into a jungle! Animals and a leaf canopy added to the atmosphere. We had lots of animal masks to play with and we even had a wolf mask!!!We don’t know how he got into our jungle but we were surprised, scared but excited at the same time.

We have been learning  a new song called ‘Walking in the jungle’.

Even though the weather has turned chilly this has not stopped Nursery from learning outside. We have been mark making using both pens and chalk upon boards ,paper and even leaves! Lots of building houses and roads have also featured heavily in our play.
