Year 1 have just started a new IPC topic which focuses on transport. To start of this topic we decided to research about trains. We learnt about the invention of the locomotive in the UK and the great George Stephenson. We decided to put our knowledge on trains to the test and therefore our debate title was-

‘This house believes that the invention of trains improved the lives of people in the 19th century’.
